After purchasing the hotel, the client brief was to renovate the hotel with an emphasis on the gaming room with an attraction for the locals of Gladstone. The theatrical design of the gaming room provided increased revenue into pub as well as much needed character. Other additions were a high capacity drive-thru/bottleshop, renovations to the public bar with an adjoining beergarden and exterior branding with a new facade treatment.

From a Casino which was over 20 years old, the brief was to bring the entry up to date and create theatre that is expected from a modern Casino. The brief also included designing and air conditioned porter’s room and upgrading the landscaping and paving. The design included efficient lighting using bespoke LED phasing lights that was recessed into the under structure. Other lighting features and the signage was illuminated with LED’s also.

Referred by one of our existing clients, the brief was to restore the charm of the old Toowoomba Brewery at the same time update the image. We came up with a totally new colour scheme using heritage colours plus we did a number of repairs and repainted the 90year old four story building. The efficiency of our team ensured the project was completed in a short period of time with the least amount of disruption to the business.

The main part of the brief was to transform the existing main bar to a revitalized lounge bar to encourage members and guests to explore other services within club. The space in question was the first impression once entering past the foyer, so it had to be attractive for patrons to feel welcome. The project consisted of a new main bar, a re-oriented lounge with plush new furniture, floor to ceiling glazing overlooking the field and a new reception foyer.

After getting hit it in the floods of 2011, the iconic Hotel Norville in Toowoomba went through a lengthy process of restoring and improving the hotel to it’s former glory.

Complete redesign and with a great menu, the club has been transformed to a class leading venue. After a cyclone that year that demolished most of the club, Hot Concepts was appointed to redesign and rebuild the club, the results speak for themselves. Fully air conditioned with new windows overlooking the greens and outdoor dining, it is just a nice place to enjoy a relaxing drink.

The brief was to expand the capacity of the kitchen and the services available. The addition of a bar and seating to accommodate casual drinkers. With the clients existing authentic Turkish artefacts and our bespoke fretwork detailing throughout, the space was transformed into an environment with an ambience to make dining at the venue an event.
