Hot Concepts Cancellation Policy                                                                                                                                                                            December 2016
We are a turn-key design and construction company and view each project holistically from start to finish, as we believe this is the most efficient and cost-effective way to a successful project.
The process starts with a nominated project budget, which is set as a preliminary amount and is subject to the client brief, design process, final scope of works and project pricing. Against this, we only require a retainer at a percentage of the preliminary budget which we nominate in our preliminary agreement.
In the unlikely event that a project is halted or abandoned during the process, we offer the ability for you to cancel the project subject to paying all expenses and costs including overheads and profit to date plus a cancellation amount equivalent to nominated retainer amount.
