Setting the standard in their marketplace, another great fit-out and renovation of a Persian cafe, with beautiful food. This renovation was not only done to stay up to date and fresh, but to improve functionality for the staff and owners. The project has been a great success for their business.

The Cineplex is eight cinemas complex with sleek and sophisticated interiors including deluxe reclining chairs in every cinema. The “Deluxe Cinema” is fully equipped, fitted entirely with luxurious reclining chairs and is completely licensed. Linked to the Deluxe Cinema is the Deluxe Lounge where patrons can wine and dine before or after their movie as well as order food and drinks to arrive during a screening. The Deluxe Lounge offers an exclusive menu and is also licensed with a fully equipped bar providing a very DELUXE overall experience! An innovative addition to the cinema precinct is the trendy cafe accessible to not just movie-goers, but to all shopping centre patrons, creating a new dining destination independent of the movie experience.

Taking over an existing tenancy in Sunny Park Shopping Centre in Sunnybank, the owners wanted to produce healthy vegetarian Asian meals and came to us with a brief for what they wanted to achieve.

The design incorporated a complete kitchen, front dining area, signage and graphics. This design was to emulate a clean, modern and fresh fit out which would emphasise the values of their product. Going by the numbers of people now dining there, it has been huge success.

The project involved a completely renovated restaurant, the members bar, kids room, two function rooms, bathrooms, an exterior render, along with a bistro and gaming refresh. The feedback has been unanimously positive from management, staff and customers.

A small family operation selling Asian pancakes were wanting to expand, so they approached us to design and construct a complete tenancy fit out. The new location was in a high traffic area outside of a major supermarket and required a full retail configuration including a kitchen, prep areas and front service counter. Though only a small tenancy in Sunnybank Plaza, Retail First was so impressed with the design and fitout that they have set it as a benchmark for all new tenancies.

The brief for this project was to add an additional entry to an existing shopping centre complex, Calamvale Central Shopping Centre, for Retail First Group. This was the second stage of the project, which allowed customers to gain access immediately to the central tenancies of the centre, from the upper carpark. Previously access was only on either end of the complex near the major anchor tenants.

The scope of the project involved creating a new food tenancy with outdoor dining areas, an interior lounge area for the general public to rest, and a new awning and entry statement, visible from the road. Other tenancies were re-configured to allow for another tenancy to have an outdoor dining area also.
