Nestled in the heart of Hervey Bay, the Torquay Hotel we were proud to work on this extraordinary expansion, bringing a much needed update to this coastal retreat. Provided a safer entrance from the car park and improving the gaming facilities to bring a unique experience for the Gaming patrons.

After the devastating 2011 floods, Queensland National Hotel in Laidley was force to renovated. The brief was simple, bring the hotel back to it’s former glory.

The Carrollee Hotel is an historic pub in the town of Kingaroy, Queensland, 3 hours north west of Brisbane. The hotel had never undergone a full restoration, so the brief was to modernise the hotel while also maintaining some of its original features and character. The hotel owners engaged our design & construct team, to help design, transform and redevelop their heritage pub. Hot Concepts proved the client with a full turnkey solution, from initial design concepts, interior design services and drafting, project management through to construction, electrical, engineering, fit-out and furniture supply.

The newest cafe in Cleveland is open for breakfast and lunch Wednesday to Sunday, and dinner Wednesday to Saturday. Friendly people, the best coffee in the Redlands, delicious food with plenty of vegan and gluten-free options. Winners of the Redland Business and Retail Awards for ‘Best Redlands Cafe 2018’. Design and part refurbishment of the popular local surf life saving club, on the Sunshine Coast. The brief was to improve the lounge / bar area and gaming room so that patrons would stay longer, and to increase the turnover of the gaming room, which was achieved.

The Denovan’s family contacted us when they purchased this beautiful old commercial character shop in Grange, in Brisbane’s inner Northside. It was in pretty bad need of TLC, and there was a lot of work to be done. The brief was to create a beautiful, modern, light filled workspace for their growing family business.

Being a real estate business, they had specific design requirements, but also wanted to be able to open the space up. Internally it’s a small office, which has a similar configuration of old workers cottage.
