Papa’s Pancakes – The New Benchmark

THE NEW BENCHMARK – a small family operation selling Asian pancakes were wanting to expand, so they approached us to design and construct a complete tenancy fit out. The new location was in a high traffic area outside of a major supermarket and required a full retail configuration including a kitchen, prep areas and front service counter.

Though only a small 35sqm tenancy in Sunnybank Plaza, the Centre Management was so impressed with the design and fit out that they have set it as a benchmark for all new tenancies.

Official Re-Opening of Bull ‘n’ Barra Restaurant

Club Beenleigh completed renovations to their Member’s Bar with Hot Concepts last year and turnover increased by over 50%. So naturally they approached Hot Concepts to renovate their  Bull ‘n’ Barra Restaurant and Function Rooms.

The official re-opening was an exciting evening for the local area with attendance from Local Councillors, Club President and Members, Management and of course the Hot Concepts Team.

The project involved a completely renovated restaurant, bar, kids room, two function rooms, bathrooms and an exterior render. The feedback has been unanimously positive from management, staff and customers.

Superoll – Now Open!

Taking over an existing tenancy in Sunny Park Shopping Centre in Sunnybank, the owners wanted to produce healthy vegetarian Asian meals and came to us with a brief for what they wanted to achieve.

The design incorporated a complete kitchen, front dining area, signage and graphics. This design was to emulate a clean, modern and fresh fit out which would emphasise the values of their product. Going by the numbers of people now dining there, it has been huge success.

Balmoral Cineplex

In late March of this year, we finished the first stage of the Balmoral Cineplex renovation. This consisted of the Cafe, now referred to as La Prima Caffe, and Cinema One.

In a very quick 5 weeks we managed to achieve the program from demolition through to handover, just in time for the opening night.

Check the project further on our projects page here.

The image below shows the opening night for the movie “Half of a Yellow Sun”, where the director was present and held a question time after the movie had finished.

Great night, and we were relieved to have finished the cinema in time!!!
