The Denovan’s family contacted us when they purchased this beautiful old commercial character shop in Grange, in Brisbane’s inner Northside. It was in pretty bad need of TLC, and there was a lot of work to be done. The brief was to create a beautiful, modern, light filled workspace for their growing family business.

Being a real estate business, they had specific design requirements, but also wanted to be able to open the space up. Internally it’s a small office, which has a similar configuration of old workers cottage.

One of our favourite of renovations and clients to date. This is the ultimate property to own and work from for as an estate agent, with a passion for heritage properties in Brisbane. Once the job complete the Denovan’s put on a party with style to celebrate.
