Check the project further on our projects page here.

The design incorporated a complete kitchen, front dining area, signage and graphics. This design was to emulate a clean, modern and fresh fit out which would emphasise the values of their product. Going by the numbers of people now dining there, it has been huge success.

Papa’s Pancakes – The New Benchmark

THE NEW BENCHMARK – a small family operation selling Asian pancakes were wanting to expand, so they approached us to design and construct a complete tenancy fit out. The new location was in a high traffic area outside of a major supermarket and required a full retail configuration including a kitchen, prep areas and front service counter.

Though only a small 35sqm tenancy in Sunnybank Plaza, the Centre Management was so impressed with the design and fit out that they have set it as a benchmark for all new tenancies.

About

Unlike other design and construct companies, our complete service involves a collaborative team with skills in both trades and professions,  within the same company.  We aren’t just project managers in disguise.

Our premises is located in Brisbane’s Southside, with a complete office and workshop for the production and manufacture of concept designs, architectural documentation, cabinetry, carpentry, signage, lighting, décor items and the storage of building supplies used on our projects.
